General Terms & Conditions

N Bazi (nbazi.co) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. Accessing any N Bazi service — including the website, mobile app, live betting, casino, or payment system — constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

This document has been prepared with Bangladeshi users in mind. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text. N Bazi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time; continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with N Bazi, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, and online gaming must be legally permitted in your country of residence.
• All information provided at registration — including name, address, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• This must be your personal account. Accounts cannot be created on behalf of another individual or any organization.
• If N Bazi has previously closed your account for any reason, opening a new account is strictly prohibited.
• For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to provide a national ID or passport along with a selfie.

Account Policy

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your N Bazi account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your password with anyone — N Bazi's support team will never ask for it. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

3.2 Single-Use Account

Each individual may hold only one account on N Bazi. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, ID document, or payment method constitutes multi-accounting. In such cases, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Simply contact our support team — we will process your request within 24 hours. Any pending bets will be settled before closure, and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

• Even after account closure, transaction records are retained for up to 5 years for legal compliance purposes.
• You may request reactivation of a voluntarily closed account; however, N Bazi retains the sole discretion to approve or decline such requests.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on N Bazi at all times:

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, N Bazi reserves the right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect information in the odds.
• Where evidence of match-fixing or suspicious activity is found.
• If identified as part of a betting syndicate.

4.2 Maximum Win Limit

Maximum win limits apply to each betting market. For standard matches, the maximum win on a single bet is ৳10,00,000. VIP members are subject to higher limits. Limits may differ for accumulator bets.

4.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are final. If odds change before confirmation due to network delays, N Bazi reserves the right to accept the bet at the updated odds or to cancel the bet entirely.

Payments & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit ৳200 (Mobile Pay/Nagad); maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is typically credited within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
• N Bazi does not charge any fees on deposits. However, charges from your payment provider may apply.
• Incomplete or failed deposits are automatically reversed. If the amount has not been returned within 72 hours, please contact our support team.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method.
• KYC verification is required for your first withdrawal. Once verified, future withdrawals will be processed faster.
• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically completed within 3–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is under investigation.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

N Bazi complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Proof of source of funds may be requested for large transactions. Any activity linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

N Bazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus policy:

• Please read the applicable wagering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 30x to 40x — meaning you must wager 30 to 40 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be used across all bet markets. Each bonus specifies the markets to which it applies.
• N Bazi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer, though this will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed.
• Accounts suspected of Bonus Abuse will be reviewed, and the bonus may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

N Bazi believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible gaming is built into our core policy. The following tools are available to every member, free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once applied, they take effect immediately.
• Time Limit: Set how much time you want to spend per session. Once the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
• Temporary Break: Your account can be temporarily deactivated for any period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: For an extended break — accounts can be closed for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on N Bazi and will result in immediate permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Betting through software, bots, or any automated systems.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or tax evasion purposes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to N Bazi's systems.
• Harassing or threatening other members or staff.

Service Suspension & Termination

N Bazi reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for the following reasons:

• Temporary downtime for maintenance or system upgrades.
• Service unavailability in certain regions due to legal or regulatory requirements.
• Unforeseen technical issues or cyberattacks.
• Account closure due to a user's violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Advance notice of approximately 24 hours is generally given before scheduled maintenance. In urgent situations, the platform may go offline without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

N Bazi shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connection failure.
• Deposit delays due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Loss or damage resulting from sharing your account password with another person.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or force majeure events.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with N Bazi, please contact our support team first. We typically aim to resolve issues within 48–72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you have the option to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.

Disputes regarding betting outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the result being published; no disputes will be accepted after this period. N Bazi's internal dispute resolution process shall be considered final, though members retain the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.

Policy Changes

N Bazi reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
